This Declaration of Compliance confirms our products' compliance to the European Union's REACH Regulation 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals of June 1, 2007, which affects all companies producing, importing, using, or placing products in the European Union.

CE Declaration of Conformity

This Declaration of Conformity is suitable to the European Standard EN 45014 General Criteria for supplier's Declaration of Conformity. The basis for the criteria has been found in international documentation, particularly in ISO/IEC, Guide 22, 1982, Information on manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity with standards or other technical specifications. This declaration is a EC Type Declaration of Conformity as referenced in article 10.1 of EC directive 89/336/EEC The EMC-directive and as in Appendix III.B of EC directive 73/23/EEC The Low Voltage Directive.
